The lady there was so helpful even the staff who answered the phone. I really appreciate going above and beyond for their customers.

(February 18, 2019, 5:29 am)Went here to buy colour remover the girl seemed very helpful till I got home used it and it did nothing but dry out my hair. Went back to get more stuff was helped by another 2 lady’s who told me a best thing to use, and they were both former hairdressers so they knew what they were talking about. Unfortunately that product didn’t work either so I went back to get my money back and they were nothing but kind to me. Most of the workers are amazing but some are horrible and have no idea what they’re talking about

(February 9, 2019, 3:13 am)Absolutely amazing staff. Both of the women that helped me were very helpful and I enjoyed my experience a lot. I came here as I got anything but the color I was asking for at a hair salon and they directed me to the right products and gave me the advices I needed.
