Hi there,
Was looking for new bicycles for my kids. Was lucky to meet Dan Petersen.
It is a rear case to meet somebody with such a deep knowledge of stuff he sells. Dan spent a long time with us gradually updating with a new helpful info and provided us with so many in depth details as per my questions, that did not leave to much of a doubt that this is the great place to be taken care of when you are looking for a new bicycle. That was one of the best shopping experiences I have had recently.

I purchased my bike at the previous Cycle Path a few years ago and havent had much opportunity to ride since. I sent an email asking if I could bring said bike in for a service assuming it needed an overhaul. I had a reply within 2 hours, which was great. I was told that services were being booked 2 weeks out, and to bring the bike in to chat about what it needs. When I got there I was shown where to go and received help right away. Surprisingly, the bike didn't need any work other than a few tweaks, which Wilson did free of charge. I was incredibly happy (especially having forgotten my wallet at home that day). Will definitely be returning... with wallet!

The Bike Shop South and its predecessor store Cyclepath have always offered a wide selection of bicycles - brands and styles. I have purchased three bikes there and all my accessories for over 10 years. Their products are high quality and good value. There is no other place I would service my bikes. The staff are friendly, knowledgeable and only do what is required. They provide excellent, timely service and I always feel welcomed and appreciated. Highly recommended. You will find no one better.

My son bought new bike with hard earned money. Got a great deal. He had considered an online direct option bought after shopping ended up here. This was partly because in the past we had some good experiences with the service end. And that continues. Good and friendly staff, good bikes and absolutely no regrets about buying here vs online. When factor in the service and ability to just ask them a question, “how do I fix this myself” and get a nice patient answer I can say would have been mistake to buy online.

I just walked out of The Bike Shop and couldn't be more satisfied with my experience. A staff named Dan came over within a few minutes and began helping me navigate all the bike lingo and explained everything about bikes to me and helped me find the perfect bike. He spent a lot of time with me and even let me test ride the bike and made some adjustments to the bike. He truly was so kind, very knowledgeable, and genuinely happy that we were able to find the right bike for me. I was lucky that the bike and all the accessories I needed were on sale and I encourage people to check out the store this weekend if you're looking to buy a ride or need some other biking gear - I don't think you'll be disappointed! To top off this awesome visit, Dan let me know that the store will take a deposit and you can pay later! This was truly a HUGE relief for me since I was going to go over my budget but knew it would be worth it. Also important to mention that the store has such a huge selection of bikes (unlike B and P's which I had visited just the day previous). I highly recommend this store for all things bike - related!
