  I really like spa lady gym. So neat and clean. Equipment is always available all the time .Awsome staff and always ready to help .
  I like cycle class and Viper with Marisa.

  Huge space with studios, and a lot of advanced variety of equipment. Great knowledgeable trainers, friendly staff. Offer many classes throughout the week. And a sauna available for members! Couldn’t be happier I made the switch from GoodLife.

  The gym is really big and an excellent place to join.... lots of room and awesome equipment to use while doing your workouts. A great schedule of different classes to choose from.The staff and instructors are very friendly and helpful. The changing room is spacious with lots of different area to change in, equipped with many hair driers and flat irons ,lockers clean showers and toilets ,sauna, I'm very happy to be a member.:)

  Love the facility, lots of space to do your workouts and the staff are super helpful!! It’s been over one month since I made the gym switch and signed up for a personal trainer and can already see a difference! If your looking for a good trainer I recommend Marisa from SpaLady! She knows how to kick you into shape!

  Love the facility and classes but i probably won’t be renewing my membership because the hours are atrocious. I can pay almost the same and go to good life down the street. I prefer to work out in the evenings and i can’t do that on the weekends. Staff is just okay. I sometimes get a nice one when checking and sometimes they just ignore me but I’m not bothered.
