Tuscany Fine Drycleaning

I've been a customer for years at the Tuscany location however during the past couple months I have become extremely unsatisfied due to various reasons. I have had to redo my blazers consistently for several months now, I still smell the sweat when I go pick them up for the first time so every single time (probably 4 to 5 times now) I had to ask them to be redone. First they said there has been a problem with the machine and they are working on fixing it but after it kept happening again and again they said there's nothing wrong with the machine and its working just fine lol. To make my experience the worst possible, just a couple weeks ago when I went to pick up my blazers they told me I had already picked up one of them (I had not even paid for them yet so how could I have picked it up?). I kept telling them I haven't picked it up and they should double check but they persistently and rudely kept telling me they are sure they don't have it and are not going to double check. So I went home and checked my closet and of course it wasn't there so I called them again told them I don't have it but again they said Im wrong and I just don't remember picking it up then I told them in that case Im going to escalate this and ended the call. then not even after one minute they called and said my blazer is indeed there with them. to make it a complete package they didn't even apologize for their mistakes.

They were nice and professional, good price and did my alterations and dry cleaning quick.
