  I absolutely love West Springs Veterinary Hospital. Everything single person who works at this practice genuinely cares. I can call anytime and they always make the time to see my Niko. The level or care and compassion they have is like no other. Highly recommend West Springs! Thank you everyone!!

  They're fantastic. Everybody is super friendly and you can tell they love their jobs. They actually care about their clients and that makes a huge difference.

  Kaylan is the best vet (and overall person) ever! You can 100% feel confident that she loves animals and makes your own animal very very special. Not pushy, very informative, no up selling, and just an amazing person !! The entire staff are super friendly and it’s the first time in 10 years I’ve “enjoyed” vet visits with my babies!!

  Dr Elock was very nice and gentle with my cat; the staff is also very nice and friendly. They also spray fragrance that calms cats down, so the experience was very smooth.
