I was very worried in first moment, because I was not able to go inside with them but when they came back they were very happy. My tiny little boy always feel sour after the shots and sometimes he doesn't even walk... he received 3 shots yesterday and he was amazing! He was playful and feeling no pain at all! “Over the Thanksgiving Weekend we had our special little Tasha into the Hospital twice for a lower bowel infection, extremely Dehydrated. Staff took tremendous care of our little one. “One of the most professional and caring clinics I have been too. While many others in the city are very transactional and cold, this certainly was as positive of an experience as could be had saying goodbye to a pet. At a very hard time for our family, when our lovely chocolate lab was diagnosed with cancer and began to decline very quickly, Dr. Robertson provided the upmost care, respect and compassion at this transition for us and our sweet girl. Our usual vet was not available and they were able to help us without question and provided us with an unmatched professional but caring experience. They even offered us some keepsake options we didn't know were available which are now some of our most prized possessions. We have now moved our business to their clinic permanently. With special thanks to Dr. Nikki for gently sending to rest Belle, our fur baby girl of 15+ years and to Trina with her Paws To Rest service gracefully taking her away, beautifully wrapped in a velvet blanket. As a final memory to picture Belle being carried away so peacefully was very deeply appreciated by us, her family. During their entire time with us, we never felt rushed and were always kept informed knowing each next step to be taken when we were ready. I would definitely recommend Vets To Go for anyone needing to euthanize their deeply loved pet and would like to give them a gentle warm last gift of peaceful rest. This is the second time we had to go through this. The first time was about 4 years ago with Dr. Wendy and a different Paws To Rest person. “What a pleasant experience! Dr. Friesen was very kind and honest, and my kitty was so comfortable he couldn't stop purring, which made the heart examination tricky! Being that I am a student, it was nice the the doctor was very realistic and I didn't feel any pressure to do what was out of my budget, within my cats best interest. There was also a welcome sign to new patients with Garfield's name, small but kind gesture. Every staff member was really kind and took the time to say hi to me (although it was the kitty they really wanted to meet hahaha)! Great place, I would highly recommend.”
