“The car wash line is always really short and it does a great job. The staff aren't the most knowledgeable about their season passes but corporate does such a great job that it evens out. I had a great experience a month ago where I couldn't use my season pass for 2 weeks because of the cold snap resulting in the closure of the car wash, but I called corporate (the number on the back of the wash card) and they added 2 extra weeks on to the card (whereas the staff at the station said they couldn't help at all).”
