Sitting here I’m now witnessing and older male white officer being SO RUDE to a woman who requires some type of papers. She doesn’t speak amazing English and didn’t hear or understand what the office said and he is being so rude “ well now you have it on my screen 3 times, you put your finger through my screen” etc etc He isn’t friendly at all, so rude and his face says it all like he doesn’t care.”
