Cochrane Nissan staff are very welcoming, professional and friendly. My salesman John was very dedicated to making sure I was able to get exactly what I wanted in a vehicle. He made himself available on my schedule. The finance department was easy to work with and was able to clearly explain all details of the sale. The owner Shawn, took the time to introduce himself and talk with me each time I was at the dealership. Cochrane Nissan presented my vehicle to me in a private sales bay, showcasing the vehicle as they completed the walk through. It was a very nice touch.
