I have had several fillers and other treatments such as RF skin tightening done at Salt Water multiple times. Both Alicia and Lisa are amazing- very personable, honest, and knowledgeable. Zoe has a beautiful spa with incredible staff. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! Best spa in Cochrane.

Corey is a massage artist!!! As a 6'1" 200lb guy I had pretty much given up on most massage services. I wasn't looking for a gentle rubdown, I needed therapy! While pleasant, they didn't really get at the deep knots and underlying problems for me. Corey at Saltwater is a complete exception. He is masterful at finding and working out the kinks. Can't say enough about his skill level. If you have any hesitation re: male masseuse (I've heard some people do) get over it! He is fantastic.

Highly recommend going here!!! I have been to quite a few medi spas in stoon, Calgary and Salt Water for quite a few years now. This is by the far the best one yet. Zoe and Alicia are both warm and knowledgeable people, who actually care about you and your concerns, and not at all about just making a profit. Can’t say enough good things about this place.
