(August 17, 2019, 8:42 pm)Not bad. Customer service is a solid 4.5 star. Friendly & conversationalist. However have gotten my order wrong 3 times. It's a brewed tea with 2 espresso shots! Not a latte, not a tea with the syrup. Just tea bags hot water and espresso! (End of rant)

(June 26, 2019, 9:29 pm)The Cochrane Starbucks by Shoppers is excellent. Friendly staff. Try the Smores Frappuccino with coffee.
