Fantastic customer service!!! I brought in my really old computer and a new external hard drive in hopes to transfer pics and videos over. Unfortunately, it didn't work out, as the old hard drive was pretty damaged (which I suspected as the computer was 10+ years old). When I went to pick it back up, they had misplaced my new external hard drive. Without hesitation, Amer said he would look for it and if they couldn't find it they would replace it. Shortly after I left, he phoned and told me to come right back and get a new one. He even gave me a better one with more storage than the one I had originally brought in! Thanks Amer!
