Hannah and Desiree (and a 3rd earlier person whose name I missed) went above and beyond to ensure the passport photo for my 2 month old was absolutely perfect. The extreme kindness and patience they showed makes me think management must be doing something right. I'm very impressed with everything about this encounter.

Desiree is a wonderful associate in the Print and Copy Centre - She is well versed on the products and services offered at Staples Cochrane and way ahead of me when it comes to looking longer range as a business customer. She helped me make my printing job look great and provided other recommendations and solutions I wouldn't have even considered. A great attitude ; friendly, supportive and takes pride in being a great partner to customers.
