It was truly a pleasure during my experience with Jim and Country Chrysler in High River as a whole!! My experience was timely and flawless, I left with exactly what I needed, and as a first time buyer was comfortable throughout the entire process. Jim and his family at Country Chrysler truly provide that “small town service” that just isn’t the same anywhere else, definitely worth the drive from the city. I recommend Jim to anyone looking for a vehicle, and as someone who grew up on GM vehicles I absolutely suggest you consider a Chrysler based on my experience with Jim!

A HUGE shout out to Country Chrysler for going way above and beyond to assist me today. My warning lights lit up like a Christmas tree while enroute to work and then the car lost all power. Scott (Ops Manager) and technician immediately drove to Okotoks to assist, quickly deduced that the alternator failed and the battery was drained. They disconnected the alternator, charged the battery and ordered parts while transporting back to the shop. They then offered me a boardroom where I could continue my work remotely while they conducted repairs. A few hours later, I'm back on the road and they didn't charge me a dime for the road service. Simply SUPERB!!!

These guys are amazing and have bailed me out on numerous occasions. Whenever I call they go above and beyond to do whatever they can to help me. Highly recommend to anyone who needs fast, friendly, quality service.

What to say about Country Chrysler. from the moment you arrive you are greeted instantly with a genuine, friendly acknowledgement. No pressure, no push, they are there to help if needed. I recently bought a Ram from them and i have to say out of all the dealerships we went to this one was by far the best. We dealt with Eugene and hand down he made the experience great. He took the time to go through everything, listened to what i was looking for and got us into the truck we wanted. Communication from Eugene was second to none. he was giving me updates, answered ALL my question no matter how out there they were and laid every little piece if detail right in front of me to see so there was no guess work needed. i knew exactly what i was getting. no surprises, no pressure.

the staff here are all great as well. everyone says hi, everyone is willing to answer your questions or willing just to chat about whatever you want while waiting, even if they aren't you sales rep (which i have never received at any other dealership). Also went as far to give my little guy a Country Chrysler hat while he was waiting which made his day (and now he wears everywhere) Even the guy that details the vehicles was awesome and helpful!

From that first phone call to the test drives, paperwork and the pick up of the truck it was a great experience.

If you are in the Southern Alberta area and looking for a Dodge or Chrysler take the trip to High river to see these guys you wont be disappointed.

Highly recommend this dealership as the staff go above and beyond to help! We had taken our truck to another shop not knowing these guys did out of province inspections, during that time they had broken our mirror. We stopped in at Country Chrysler to order the part and it turned out to be aftermarket. Scott, David and Harrison in the back got it fixed up for us for a fraction of the cost! We greatly appreciate the efforts put in by Scott and his team! We will definitely be back and won’t make the mistake of going elsewhere again. 10/10 service!
