As a bit of an automotive enthusiast, I have purchased many cars from many dealers of all manufacturers. High River Ford has by far been one of the best to date. I was hunting for a very particular truck and a particular deal. They, and two other dealers, had the truck I wanted, while another dealer had the deal, but not the right truck. Out of curiosity, I called all three dealers who had the truck and High River was the only one that would match the deal without any hesitation or “conditions.” So, I bought it. Fast forward to post delivery, there was a minor issue with the bed liner. Between Darrell and Paul (the Dealer Principal) it was handled immediately and with minimal inconvenience to me…they even provided me with an alternate vehicle while they made it right! They represent the essence of what you would expect from a small-town business through their personable and down-to-earth approach. It was great to see the Dealer Principal so engaged with the front-end of his business and ensuring customer satisfaction. I traveled over an hour each way to come into High River Ford, passing 12 different Ford Dealers. If I was in the market for another Ford, these guys would be my first stop, without hesitation.
