CIBC Branch with ATM

As someone who has been routinely disappointed by bankers and banking I cannot begin to tell you how pleased I was with the wonderful women at CIBC Okotoks. Jutta, Bridget, and Anne were exceptionally helpful, kind, and productive. Thank you so very much!!

I have had such a wonderful experience at this bank since moving to Okotoks. The tellers have always been friendly and helpful and there is never a long wait. Today I scheduled a meeting with Kathleen and it was by far the best experience I have had at a bank. She was so knowledgeable and helpful. She went above and beyond what I had hoped to accomplish when I met with her. She was very genuine in helping me to ensure that I felt knowledgeable and comfortable. She connected me with the CiBC imperial service which I am surprised I have never heard of before because it is such a great service for non-savvy investors like me.

I look forward to continuing my banking with CiBC.

This is a very helpful and courteous branch. We were going to join a credit union, but decided not to after working with them!
