(December 20, 2018, 3:13 am)Lori has always been a huge help and has always treated me like her most valuable customer. She is attentive, listens and respects my business banking needs. I know I am not her biggest client, nor am I her only client but she never treats me like I am anything but her favourite client. She even came to me just to say hi and see my business space. Recently she helped me when the call centre kept moving me around and failing to process my request, she did it in minutes, what had taken me over 3 hours on hold on the phone. If you can, ask for Lori, she's amazing!
