(November 12, 2018, 7:52 pm)I had spoken to the Lethbridge store which gave me minimal service. Thought I'd call Okotoks and so glad I did! Olivia there was AWESOME! I work in customer service and can tell you she went out of her way to make sure I could get a product that they were out of stock on. I will definitely ask for her in the future.

I came in with my son, we where promptly greeted and not only helped efficiently but made to be felt as a valued buyer. Will 100% shop here again.
