Very helpful staff,...good tips, advice and service. Very few rides in yet, but love the bike so far,...so good product. Price/value was great...very pleased and happy with the whole deal.

Top notch sales and service. Had a hydraulic brake glitch - they got it in right away and I was out the door in 15 mins. I wouldn't take my top end road bike to just anyone - techs are very knowledgeable and were a great source of info on upgrades.

Very helpful and knowledgeable. Explained what we were looking for and received good options. We were very happy with the price for the bike and optional items. Price matching for the bike carrier was a great perk as well. Everyone made us feel welcome and appreciated our business.

Asides from a great deal on a wonderful bike, Ridley's in Okotoks was well worth the drive from the city. Friendly staff and great customer service. Thanks to Delijiah in helping me out with the my new bike.

First, I have to say that Ridleys has always treated me well. They have a great bike selection and a wide variety of accessories.
Second, Carson and Dale always have time for a quick conversation and are super knowledgeable about their products. They are super helpful in their recommendations and quite often have a list of options to choose from. They don’t mind spending the time looking for answers for you.
They have taken time to get to know me personally and they make you feel valued as a customer.
