    I met Julie 5 years ago when I made the decision to head into my 40s in the best shape of my life. Her (insane) knowledge and passion for everything health is tremendous! She believes in hard work and doesn’t sacrifice your internal health for external results. What sets Julie apart from the others is she truly cares....Julie believed in me even when I didn’t believe in me.
