MR MIKES Steakhouse Casual

Can't describe how god our experience was. The host came to open the door for my parents and took us to the booth. Server was very friendly and curtious. They were raising money for local sick kids charity for their anniversary. We always see them doing something for our local community. Manager came and checked on us. We would say this is one of the best restaurant in town to go out for dinner and late night drinks. Kudos team!!

Update: we returned for a second meal, steaks were delicious and the lobster mac and cheese was extra cheesy goodness!! Staff is very friendly and attentive.

Steaks were really chewy and the service was slow. Your waitress was doing the best she could so it wasn't her fault but they were under staffed

Putting pressure on Grouchy Daddy to up their game. Staff at this Mr.Mikes is fantastically attentive. Food is consistently tasty. Steaks prepared properly. Appetizers are generous and flavourful.

We stopped here while visiting a friend in Olds. As with all Mr. Mike's we've been to the food and drinks were good.. but what sets this place apart is the amazing service. Right away the host took our drink order.. a few minutes went by and the server came by and asked if we recieved our drinks. We didn't think it was a long wait at all, but she apologized profusely. Shortly after that our drinks arrived, food order was taken and food arrived promptly. During our stay our drinks were never empty, our server, and two other gentleman came by to check on us multiple times (assumed to be managers). They were all genuine happy and polite people. After we were done our meals, the server dropped by with a dessert to once again apologize for the wait in getting our drinks. This restaurant went above and beyond our expectations. It's hard enough to run a business right now in this pandemic, so customer service can really make or break you..and in this case it made you! I strongly recommend anyone choosing this restaurant for your meal in Olds. We would certainly be back if we lived here. You have given the Mr.Mikes in BC a high bar to match. We had a wonderful evening with family, staff were very accomodating & friendly. Food was delicious!! Met halfway between Red Deer & Calgary - so ideal! We'll do it again for sure!! Thank you to the on duty manager for our dessert celebrating a birthday!! So kind!!
