Staff Sankalpita was very helpful, she even gave my baby a balloon to entertain him. I asked if I could apply an existing online discount coupon to my in-store purchase and although she said no, she searched for another coupon and applied $5 off after I completed an online survey.. She didn't have to go the extra mile but she calculated the best way I could pay for my items to maximize my offers. I mean, who can resist a good deal amirite? She assured me that I could always call in to order prior to driving down and then she could get my items ready for me when I arrive. I mean, talk about excellent service! This member of staff should be rewarded for her efforts. Thank you!

Waited in line for 20 minutes while 2 workers stood over by the balloons chatting. They kept looking over at me, but didn't make the effort to come help me. I think better training is needed as I'm not the only person who has complained about this. Otherwise, the store is great. Nice products and decent prices.

Awesome place to get all your party supplies! There was stuff there that I didnt even think about getting for my little sister. The balloon choices are amazing as well and they are super quick.

Within 2 mins of walking in someone helped me find what I was looking for. It’s huge, clean. Love it! I have no problem traveling from Calgary to come here!
