Solid Roots are excellent. Juan took time to assess my history and physical condition, before working through a number of physical issues with me. He is extremely knowledgeable, courteous, and is very attentive to the comfort level of his clients. I have an old neck injury which I was nervous about, but he put me at ease. I would not hesitate to recommend him to my friends or Taekwondo colleagues.
