“Can be tough to find staff if you need assistance and items are often pricey but if you want the best selection this is it. From clothes to nursing & bottle supplies, bath accessories and sleep solutions and toys & furniture. Huge downside is their bathroom is a single locked door, and no polite way to queue for it. It’s near the rocking chairs (which are great for feeding stops) so that seems logical to wait but someone else always runs in as soon as the last people come out. Have had issues with poorly trained cashiers, and they’re too pushy with their rewards program when there’s a line of customers waiting for the till.”

“I’ve spent thousands of dollars at this particular Toys R Us store (Babies are expensive) and have received nothing but the best customer service. I’ve re-visited this store many times for price adjustments and staff happily refund me the difference, no issues. Staff are helpful and very knowledgeable when making big first time purchases. From toys to cribs and strollers we have come here for everything. TIP: Toys R Us will price match with amazon and Walmart. Look up the product on your phone and show the cashier. I’ve saved so much time and money this way.”
