  I have been going to Peak now for almost 1 year, and I am so happy with everything about this place! Such a great combination of classes, the instructors are all amazing, and if you haven't tried BUTI Yoga, you need to! I initially joined for the Spin classes since there was no studio close to Chestermere, I had never done Barre or a lot of yoga before, and now I couldn't imagine not doing all of this! I do something different every day and have seen great results! So glad we have a studio like this in Chestermere!

  I was really hoping to like this place. It's the only Spin/Hot Yoga studio in Chestermere so is convenient for the residents and about 5 minutes from my home, unfortunately after a 1 month trial I was left disappointed and looking for a new studio. They have one room for yoga, which they use for normal yoga & hot. I say hot but really, I've been to a few "hot" classes and it's barely hitting warm temps which was incredibly disappointing. One class a few students complained, saying they were cold (as it was a slower class) and the teacher simply said there's a BUTI class coming in after and they can't have the room hot for that class. (I was confused as to why they put a Hot yoga class beforehand then if we couldn't even heat the room??) Another class, the teacher was trying to heat up the room and was confused as to why it wasn't getting hotter. Her co-worker told her that's as high as the temp gets and even she seemed upset. They also have big windows that aren't open, but didn't help keeping the heat in and if you sat near it, you could feel the winter cold seeping in. There were other aspects of Peak I enjoyed though, I really liked the spin classes, they were a great work out with great teachers. I tried Barre, BUTI and Aerial Yoga which all three were hard but fun. I was considering joining just for the Spin but the prices are extremely expensive and I really enjoy Hot Yoga and wanted a studio that provides good classes. Maybe more studios will pop up in Chestermere and provide some competition so this studio will up it's game. Good for them though, it's a new place and maybe they will improve. The people were great and I really wish it would've worked for me! For now, I will be going to another studio about 20 minutes from Chestermere that provides the same things.
