(September 8, 2017, 10:17 pm)Warning: $69 service charge for just getting a quote. Was told it's industry standard but called the very next contractor and coming by same day with no fee. Probably fine for service, wouldn't know, but I don't get paid for quotes so why should they when it's not industry standard. Maybe their just that good that they can dictate that in this market. I'm new in the area but for anyone else who wants to modify their brand new home, beware of paying up front for nothing done but a price.
