Very professional from start to finish. The work looks excellent. They stayed very close to the insurance bid and worked closely with our insurance company to see the repair through to the end. Coordinated the city inspection, passed on first attempt, moved to final steps once inspection completed.
Really appreciated working with Duckback Roofing. We were on a tight time frame and they fit us in within a week of our initial request. Throughout the process they contacted us, letting us know what phase of the project we were in and who our direct contact was at the time, but that we could always speak with our originial sales rep. The workers were professional and efficient, finishing the roof prior to the estimated finish time. Truly an outstanding company!

Duckback installed a new roof on my house in 1980 and it lasted until this year with no leaks or other problems.
