“You want to know what real customer care is? Deal with BMW Exteriors. They did siding of my new house in 2014. When I called them today (Oct 2017) for a fascia trim coming off due to high winds in Calgary, they said usually they have two year warranty for their work however because they 'do care about their customers' they will do it for me; no charge. Within few hours they sent some one to NW (from SE) and he fixed the fascia trim. There are still businesses who truly 'care' their customers, above and beyond what is contractually required, specially in this downturn. Thank you Mick!”
