I added one star to compensate for his tenacity to reach out to try to reconcile the situation. I will still not be using this company's services. Original: I had the unpleasant experience of dealing with Graeme. I was trying to look for auto insurance within my budget with the current rate changes. He was not very accommodating after one quick quotation and didn't take the time to adjust values to help fit my budget and redirected my business to another company. He also gave me the run around for just over a week. Will not give Awin a second look. Probably best to look elsewhere for a dependable insurance agent.”
