Beautiful! Well maintained. Friendly people. Lots of family's and older people too.love it!

I do like the community and my wife and I considered buying here in 2015. The factors that prevented us from going through with the purchase was 1) We do not like all of the bugs (mosquitoes) around Alberta lakes, 2) Even though Gull Lake is one the warmest lakes in Alberta, it is a shallow lake (35 ft at it deepest spot) and is susceptible to blue/green algae if conditions are ideal, 3) we preferred to build a traditional home rather than purchase a pre-manufactured home or have RVs parked next door, 4) Weather in central Alberta is unpredictable and severe conditions are not uncommon and not warm enough for me and my family, 4) the cost for waterfront property does not match the value of the above points. That being said, I do visit Raymond Shores often as I have family and friends here and I do love the mature community and the events they hold. You definately feel a part of the group when we come and attend community events.

Great place to buy a property if you're looking for something on the lake that's affordable. Great sense of community
