The food was homemade and delicious. The customer service however was ridiculously bad I don't believe we've ever had a waitress that bad she was rude and spaced out. She would bring coffee but no cream or sugar and never asked if we wanted more. When I got my meal which was not finger food no utensils were given. Then she was no where to be found.

Great price and amazing home-cooked food. The burger was fantastic. I'm a trucker and I take my burgers pretty seriously. There is a service road across the street to park your rig. Call 30 minutes ahead for take out. You won't be disappointed!

The Old Grouch atmosphere is comfortable and rustic. The food is fantastic, fries were delicious and the Grouch Burger is incredible! The meat is very lightly seasoned, which for us is perfect. The bacon is thick cut, the cheese is flavourful and the buns are soft! Highly recommend!

First walked in and already felt right at home, it has a bunch of cool photos and memorabilia all around the place. Everything is home made so obviously there’s going to be a wait. The buns are freshly made on each burger. And the burgers taste fantastic. I would highly recommend coming to “The Old Grouch” on any trip to or by Drumheller.
