ABC Child Development Centre Day Care & After School Care

Incident: March 16th 2021.
ABC child daycare school bus was parked on 41 Ave southbound, to pickup Richard Secord School kids. I am the resident of Royal Gardens, was waiting for my kid to come out.
At 3:30 pm, kids were coming out of the school and some of them were supposed to board the ABC day care school bus. One kid passed through the muddy puddle before boarding the bus and this cause the driver to yell on him and didn't let him board the day care bus. I witnessed the humiliation on kid's face and felt extremely sorry for that. After letting that kid wait outside for a while then kid was allowed to board the bus. Entire school ground is a muddy puddle and looks like driver expect kids to fly to not make his bus dirty.
I called immediately the daycare and asked them to connect with someone in the administration but lady on the reception took no details and told me that she will find out what's going on. I still insisted to give details like bus number and my name but she was in such a hurry to just hung up the phone without listening patiently.
Though I don't know the kid personally but I am really worried about the kids who goes to this daycare and if they are treated badly by various staff members.
At least I know I would never send my kid to this daycare.
Update: March 17, 2021: Got a call from the day care and confirmed that they are following up for yesterday's incident and making sure this doesn't happen again in future.
Glad, they are taking these incidents seriously and correcting themselves.

Our kids have been attending this daycare for 4 years now and it has been great. They both love their teachers and friends and are excited everyday to tell us the things they learned and the fun activities they participated in. Any time we have had an issue someone is always available and willing to talk about our concerns. Problems are quickly explained and resolved. It's wonderful to go to work with a clear mind and not worry about the kids because we know they are happy and in good hands.

Caring teachers. Well sanitized. Great daycare.

Our child started at 12 months and is now two years old. She loves her caretakers and friends at daycare, and we appreciate the open communication from her teachers about what she did each day!

We've brought our kids to ABC for the past 4 years. Great management, caring and competent teachers, the kids are very happy. I highly recommend them!
