(February 1, 2019, 10:29 am)Well maintained, decent fragrance will follow you across the hallways. Since basic layout practicality flaw, such as missing dining wrea. Bedroom are pretty small for a 2 Bed Condo, hardly can fit in a queen bed. While second bed is pretty small to be used as a functional bedroom for adults. Still there might be some other bigger units, but I have been communicated otherwise. Still a nice place to live, as groceries are right in front of the building, with Transit stop is also at doorsteps with commutes available to Southgate and south Campus. Easy access to Whitemud. Right in the school Zone of Richard Secrod. Precisely all depends how it fits in your needs.
