After finding banking customer service to be horrible as of late I wanted to make sure the gentleman that helped me got some recognition. I believe his name was Akenonn (I hope I am close). He was very pleasant, knew his stuff, assisted other tellers when they needed help and even knew other customers names from the line. Very impressed!
