(July 7, 2020, 1:31 pm)Want to express gratitude for Charlie! He came to fix two windows that had broken locking handles. He replaced the handles and made adjustments so they would be easier to use and wouldn't break again. He was super respectful during this COVID situation and wore a mask, face shield, and put on new booties for us. He was also prompt and completed the work quickly. Such a friendly guy, and such a positive experience while we are nervous to have anyone in our house at this time. Thanks so much Charlie!

This door has been a challenge since its installation and we have had several people look at it over time. Charlie was able to ascertain the problem and actually fix it, his professionalism and attention to detail have finally made this door function as it should.
