McLeod Windows and Doors

Kohltech acquired Equibuilt windows a few years ago and they still honoured a warranty replacement for glazing purchased from Equibuilt. When I spoke to Kohltech about 5 windows that were "fogging up" they suggested contacting McLeod Windows and Doors who coordinated ordering the glass under warranty and then arranged for the installation. Everyone I dealt with at Kohltech, McLeod and the installer Ted Zystra were knowledgeable, courteous and professional. I would not hesitate to recommend Kohltech or McLeod Windows and Doors.

My experience is limited to ordering directly from them as a contractor and dealings with their shipping department. I have not worked with their install team, so I can not offer any feed back there.

The Sales staff is attentive, friendly and eager to please. They are timely in their email replies and adjustments to the quotes when changes come up. Arranging for pick up or delivery is a simple matter and If there is an issue with any of the product, if you keep calm and let the staff, they will address it. Sometimes products take an extra week or two but Its COVID and it's not usual for any manufacturer of windows or anything construction related these days (in my experiences anyway).

They make a solid, cost effective product and I'll continue to use them as long as the demand for such products continues.
