Miranda of Strive Holistic is an amazing massage therapist. With only one appointment she was able to get rid of nagging aches and pains that had been plaguing me for months. With a number of different approaches, Miranda has a ton of experience and it shows!

Miranda has a deep understanding of human anatomy and each time she is able to hone in on exactly what muscles need to be treated. She is a passionate therapeutic massage therapist and is able to provide a treatment leaving my body in better condition each time.

Miranda helped me with my shoulders where others struggled to find a solution! When working out I would hit a wall of pain, but Miranda was able to help tremendously to relieve issues in that area.

As well, when I had two knee ACL reconstruction surgeries, I was unable to walk sometimes without pain, she was able to work with the tendons and muscles to get rid of the pain long enough to let my physio be effective! Highly recommend!!!
