I had trouble deciding where and what I wanted to buy and as I changed my mind from a house in the suburbs to a condo downtown, Ross was there to provide me with the choices I wanted. Ross has been extremely helpful over the last two years of us trying to buy and sell. He handled our unique situation with professionalism and class. He consistently goes the extra mile to ensure our questions are answered and making sure our listing did the very best, while also accommodating our requests as we were looking at a variety of listings (city vs country).
