“My company had a engine failure due to casting or erosion damage to cylinder wall. Poked a hole inside cylinder about 1/4 of the way down. Engine is in a nodwell. 2012 6.7QSB cummins with some pump drive and what not on the back. I had my doubts we would find an engine around and Sunny got back to me with an engine and had it shipped before Cummins even replied to my email. Good and fast service.”

“Outstanding service!! Very knowledgeable, experienced, and HONEST staff. Took my truck in for some electrical work and to get a new battery. Asked them to remove an old autostarter and the respective wiring, as I was sure there was an electrical drain there. They called me after checking and said that particular wiring was not affecting the battery, so the unit did not need to be removed… saving me over $150 parts and labor! “By far one of the best experiences I've had at a mechanic shop. I know nothing about cars, so anytime I used to go to get work done on my car I was always nervous about what the mechanic would say and if it's true. Obie was 100% amazing in making me comfortable in his shop, and allowing me to trust him to work on my car. There was a big issue with installing my tires at another shop (will remain unnamed) due to poor customer service and etiquette. When I found out about Obies shop opening around the corner from where I work I figured I would go there and take a chance. He was professional, kind, and really made me feel like I was in good hands, which I was. He did excellent work installing my new tires and aligning them. I went back 2 days later to ask if he can install new air filters in my car. Same thing, he was super welcoming and did the job beautifully. For ANYONE looking for a new mechanic: this. Is. The. One. Brand new shop, excellent customer service, and top notch hospitality. I am officially a regular here for all work that needs to be done on my vehicle, and I will recommend Obie's shop 1000 times over any other shop in the city. A spectacular experience, thanks Obie.”

“I phoned them and explained what the problem with my car. They didn't pick up the phone so you have to live a message. But nobody call me during a day. I phoned them twice during that same day. Nobody pick up the phone. As I understand that job was not worthy their attention that's why. They choose a job which is good for them but this is no good for the customers. And give them 5 stars for that? I wouldn't... This is a second time I post a review for this business. Somebody found my profile in the Internet and send me a message saying that they are ready to correct a mistake that happened. I went to RI location and have been pleasantly surprised by their service. It was quick and efficient. Just in a couple minutes of my arrival an employee took a key from me and in another couple of minutes he told me what the problem was with my car. Then they fix it with no charge. I don't know if this true or not but they say that the problem was too small to charge for it! I had no choice but to put five stars for it.”
