Victoria Park Skating Oval

Beautiful place to go skating. If you go after dark they light the path for you. Not too busy and they have the domes, which is perfect for a snack with the family.

Super nice place to come check out! Lots of snacks and hot drinks available. Can sometimes be very busy on weekends!

This is a rink used for speed skating events that is also open for public use. This means it is one of the best kept outdoor rinks in Edmonton! Ice is always very smooth and it is a massive skating rink close to the size of a football field. Even when it is busy, when you are on the ice you never feel crowded. There is a nice indoor place to put your skates on and it’s is well lit at night and they play music as well. Only tough part is finding parking on busy nights, but you can fix that by going at less busy times. If you need a place to go skating in Edmonton this is my first recommendation.

Enjoyed my first skating experience here in Edmonton. The ice was noticeably well kept and the rink was spacious and well lit. There’s also a heated building with seats, lockers and washrooms.
