Cooper was personable while still being professional. He walked us through what he thought might be the issue and what he was going to do to try and diagnose the problem. Once his diagnoses was complete he provided a range of solutions in detail. Cooper was very willing to answer any questions we had even if they were completely unrelated to the problem at hand. “My furnace experienced some problems during cold days about 2 weeks ago. I contacted Ways Plumbing and Heating and Mr. Li responded promptly. He identified the issue as the failure of the blower motor, and removed the motor in half an hour. He came back with a new motor a few hours later, installed the motor, tested the furnace, and provided useful tips regarding maintenance of the furnace. He also promised one-year warranty for his service. For the past two weeks, the furnace has been working very well, very smoothly and much quieter. The efficient and professional work done by Mr. Li is totally worth the cost.”
