Secord Chalet Townhomes by Hopewell Residential

It’s very interesting that all the 5 star reviews get a reply from hopewell…. However none of the 1 star reviews of people having problems get a response.

Want to explain why that is Hopewell? Hmm?

Buyers beware, read the 1 star reviews, look at the photos of how your new house is being treated while it’s being built and save yourself from these people.
They changed their name from “Sabel Homes” for a reason.

As per the manufacture of the extremely damaged showers in my house… “The tubs and showers are meant to be stepped on the floor, and not to have weight on the walls.”
And
“The warranty is for manufacture's defect, Damage is not a warranty issue.”

But Hopewell REFUSES to replace them now for 15 months. (Yes, they are so damaged they need to be replaced entirely) I’ve owned the house for 16 months. So much for new…

For Hopewell specifically seeing as you only read the 5 star reviews: Replace my showers. It’s been 15 months I haven’t had a working shower in my house due to your incompetence and I’ve contacted everyone all the way up to your senior managers. Do your job and own your mistake, not swindle your customers. Say hi to Linda D for me!
