Showcase

I went there to get salt pods and they stopped selling them.

I like the odd items they have in Showcase, however I find some of the items are very over priced while others are surprisingly very low priced. Look for the deals for some unique gift ideas.

I had unexpectedly fallen on this store when I was desperately trying to order some bubble tea as a gift for my daughter. I wanted the fruit flavored one.
I had checked WEM, and went back online later to see if it was available.
When it did become available I ordered it online through my paypal somehow it connected me to the Bonnie Doon Showcase even though it is not even remotely close to where I live. A wonderful employee named Kennedy called to tell me that their shipment did not come in and they could either refund me the $$ or I could wait until it DID come in. Of course I wanted to wait, Kennedy was good about checking in with me and letting me know that she expected the shipment soon and would keep me updated. This wonderful human, found out they were not going to get their shipment of the flavor I wanted so she went out of her way and went to the Londonderry location and bought it and took it back to her store so they could DOOR DASH it to me. When the address went wrong they called me to figure it out.... I cannot tell you how awesome I felt knowing this store had me covered. I am truly so excited to get my daughter this for Christmas and I wish Kennedy and all the employees I may have dealt with there who were all so wonderful a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year. Whoever is manager there....you have some terrific people on your group and please recognize them for their amazing customer service skills! Many stores would have been happy to tell me..."sorry we didnt get it- heres your refund...the end" But they were so selfless and went way over and beyond!! I wish I could Hug you Kennedy!

Nice store, and they had the two things I went in for. The lady staff member was very friendly and helpful :)
