Randy and the team at First General stood by all of their work, fixed the outstanding issues and went way beyond what I expected to ensure we were happy. We've done enough renovation projects to know that they typically do not go as planned, but the professionalism that we experienced when they didn't, was exceptional and timely. There are good people that care working at this company and it showed.
