Frank was recommended to Tom and I by someone who raved about his services, and we were not disappointed. As novice and semi-novice home buyers (and sellers), Frank walked us through the process in detail, with great professionalism, honesty, and patience. Without his expertise, we could have rushed into a purchase that would have been wrong for us, and conversely, he found a beautiful home that was spectacularly right, not only fulfilling these needs, but exceeding them. He calmly listened to our needs, and helped us see the possibilities. He was also wonderful selling (quickly) my partner's home, fairly and honestly, which enabled a rather complicated, but incredibly smooth double possession day (sale and purchase). Frank was also fantastic providing recommendations for movers (who proved to be awesome) and providing answers to many other unforeseen questions and details. We have used Frank now for 3 different transactions, 2 purchases and 1 sale. Frank is very easy to deal with, and his knowledge of what to look for when purchasing or selling our home didn't go unnoticed.
