I had my first appointment at charisma. Emma was my stylist, she was absolutely amazing. She took the time to listen to what it was that I wanted and she did exactly what I asked for. I had a full head of highlights and a hair cut. I will definitely be returning to see her. Everyone at the salon was very friendly, and it was well kept and clean inside with a welcoming atmosphere. AMAZING!!!! My hair turned out way better than even I expected! I wanted rose gold hair and Andreas totally delivered. All of the staff were friendly and it was such a great over all experience! Highly recommend!
