This is the second time we have employed the services of Shore 2 Shore – the first was in 2015 for our old house. They did such an amazing job back then that we did not hesitate to use them again for our forever home. The team are well deserving of a “5 out of 5” rating. Shore to Shore did a complete renovation of our automation in my home in Ardrossan. This included audio and security. Our area is noted for poor internet and Shore to Shore worked to resolve and make sure our home was connected. When we have failures, their service team responds promptly and if possible, remotely resolves or goes out of their way to visit our home and resolve. Thier service team is trusted and has on several occasions went far beyond what would be normal expectations including long hours after the workday is done and working with others to resolve what may not even be the equipment they installed failure.
