She helped me figure out what my skin type was and she was very thorough in explaining the products and the benefits for what she was using on my skin. Since this is my first experience, I will say she has set high expectations for what a service should look and feel like. I booked my next hydrating facial before I left my appointment and cannot wait. Kerri has a very relaxing environment and such a calming voice, you are guaranteed a relaxing session.
