“I had called Duane to look at a bed I had bought from a guy. It wasn’t working properly. He looked at and determined that is was broken and needed at least 700.00 in repairs. I knew the bed was used but didn’t think it would be broken. The guy I bought it from wouldn’t return my call. I then bought a refurbished bed from Duane that was better suited for my mom.
