“I have been coming here since they opened, so far my experience with the doctors have been fantastic BUT it’s the front staff that have been non stop problems with. They constantly seem like they don’t know what they’re doing. As someone who’s been working in the field for 4 years, they are extremely unprofessional and don’t do there job well when it comes to booking appointments, talking to patients in person and on the phone. It’s extremely annoying and stressful.”

“I have been coming the the center for 12 years nit for various emergencies and non emergencies alike. The Dr's here are good but the triage nurses are better. The last time.i went in was for a follow up and some blood work. They were able to save me a trip to the Uof A and they use smaller needles for the blood work. Over all love these guys.”

“Went for a walk-in, only had to wait about 10-ish minutes before I was seen, which is very quick compared to other clinics I've been to. The reception staff were very professional and kind, as well as the doctor. I can't remember the doctor's name, but he was very knowledgable and listened well when I was explaining the reason I was there. Went back for a follow-up appointment on the weekend, and got to see the doctor roughly 5 minutes after I arrived, even though I was a few minutes late. Honestly, very pleased with the service here, will come back if I need to in the future!”

“This is by far the best place to get a PCR travel test in Edmonton. On a previous trip I went to the big life lab in Edmonton and had to wait a long time for my appointment and also for the results which almost didn't make it to me in time for my flight. Icon Test Labs is much different. My appointment was exactly on time and I got my results printed for me as well as QR coded email copy. They are also really friendly and professional people. No stress, they are the best. Highly Recommended!”

“My experience with Dr. Nelson and Element Chiropractic has been great! He is by far the most knowledgeable and thorough chiropractor I have ever been to. After a very detailed initial assessment, I was sent for x-rays. We then went through all of images and he explained how he would be doing targeted adjustments to correct the specific misalignments in my neck and back. After a few sessions, my neck and back are feeling better than they have in years and my heel pain is completely gone.
